Entry 4: Chinese New Year Celebrations
On Wednesday, I did not join the school Chinese New Year Celebration as i went to Malaysia to celebrate Chinese New Year.So i decided to tell you about my trip to Malaysia to celebrate Chinese New Year with my relatives and my father's friends and other renuion dinners with my cousins, etc.
I will tell you my renuion dinner on 5th Feburary 2008 on Tuesday (1 day before i went to Malaysia with my family and reletives.)
My renuion dinner is held at Zui Fairprice near Thomson Road. When i reached there,many of my cousins are there already! I saw all of them and greeted them. After eating, we chatted for a while and some of my cousins also drank red wine.I drank abit of that too!
After that, i went to take red packets that is usually gave to the Chinese during the Chinese New Year.

Now I will tell you about my renuion dinner in Malaysia,Genting.
I went to First World Plaza and ate Ah Yat Abolone. There were many people waiting to eat and the queue was very long!But luckily, my dad booked a table there in advance.

We had Yusheng again and I felt very bored eating the same food so many times. After the dinner, we went to watch fireworks outside in the cold weather. It was very late when they shot the fireworks, around midnight. They were all very beautiful. The fireworks even formed Chinese characters (Xi). I was enjoying my ice-cream despite the
cold weather :) Haha

The next day,we are getting ready to go to Kuala Lumpur.
When we reached there, we booked into our hotel and went to the restaurant to book for our dinner.After we booked, we went for our lunch and had shopping.
When it was dinner time,when went to the restaurant, there were so many people waiting to eat!
We waited from 7.30p.m.-8.30p.m.!
We were extremely hungry!

My grandfather hungrily eating:)After dinner, we have no time for shopping anymore and it was very late already and all the shopping centres were closed.So we decided to take a walk after our dinner as we were very full.We went to Mc Donalds after that.Then we walked back to our hotel.
The next day,we checked out of our hotel and went back to Singapore.
Straightaway,we went back and packed our things bathed,and then went for another renuion dinner at the same place but different people.
